About this role

We are looking for an experienced Tandoori Chef to lead our clay oven section.

You will be responsible for marinating, skewering and cooking a full range of kebabs, tikkas and breads to order during service, and for keeping the tandoor section stocked and spotless.

What we are looking for: - 3+ years on a commercial tandoor - Confident with naan, roti and kulcha at volume - Comfortable working a busy Friday and Saturday service - Food handler certification (or willing to obtain)

What we offer: - Consistent 40-45 hour weeks, no split shifts - Two consecutive days off - Staff meals on every shift - Paid overtime above 40 hours
