The problem isn't always a lack of jobs or a lack of talent. The problem is connecting the right people.

Why I Created Tadka Talent
Over the years, I noticed that restaurant hiring often depends on scattered Facebook groups, WhatsApp messages, word of mouth, random job websites, or simply knowing the right person.
I wanted to create something more focused.
Tadka Talent is a job platform built specifically for the restaurant and hospitality industry, starting with Indian restaurants and businesses across the United States.
